Closing the Medicare Education Meeting with the proper close is critical. Attendees need to feel their questions have been answered as best you can without getting into detail of benefits. Attendees will also need to know how to reach you if the wish to have additional information.

- Pass out business cards after the presentation
- Set appointments
- Gather Scopes of Appointments for a future meeting
- Encourage the attendees to call you with a sense of urgency.
- Receive Permission To Call Slips (PTC) for future contact.
You cannot:
- Ask for the name and contact information directly from the attendee.
- As the attendee to complete a sign-in sheet.
- Anticipate a sale or mention anything specific about a particular product, benefit or carrier's plan.
